Custom Hydraulic manifolds are designed and manufactured in house by our experienced professionals.
Starting from a known circuit or design, or a solution created in partnership with Amicis, our friendly team will help you through the process.

In most cases, Custom Manifolds go through the following processes:
1. Initially a Quote is provided based on the details provided.
2. After a purchase order is provided the Initial Design will be completed.
3. An initial proposed design layout is provided for comment or approval.
4. When approved manufacturing drawings and CNC programs are created.
5. All manifolds are made in our modern Mazak CNC machining centres.
6. Once machined manifolds are deburred, cleaned and QA inspected prior to despatch.
